I stopped at the grocery store tonight on my way home and did some quick shopping. While walking past the beef section I saw some excellent Filet Mignon, so I grabbed it. 
I grilled it up and made some mashed potatoes to go with it. I have to say next time I will cook it about a minute less to get a rare instead of the medium rare I got. It came out amazing though. I really enjoyed dinner tonight. It has been a good day.
